Switch to superuser, if needed:

sudo su

Use nmap or arp:

arp -a | grep -i b8:27:eb
arp -a | grep b8:27:eb | grep -Eo '[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}'
nmap 192.168.1.0/24
nmap -sP 192.168.1.0/24 | awk '/^Nmap/{ip=$NF}/B8:27:EB/{print ip}'

Bash (.bashrc/.zshrc) aliases for fast connection to single Raspberry Pi device on local network:

alias rpi_ip = "arp -a | grep b8:27:eb | grep -Eo '[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}\.[0-9]{1,3}'"
alias ssh_rpi="ssh-copy-id pi@`rpi_ip`"
